Hi,

Since I upgraded to TIH 2012 (from 2011) when I try to run a backup job that saves to an FTP location and I get an error 'failed to open data stream: Event Code: 0x000B03E9+0x000B03E9+0x000B00EB+0x0040000E'

I can't find any reference to that error code on the forum. Can anyone help me get to the bottom of what might be going wrong?

I can access that ftp location from within an Windows Explorer, and creating and deleting files works fine.

It worked fine on 2011.

Looks like your backup script file or/and backup database for this particular backup chain have gone corrupt. Please check this article for the solution instructions. It's dedicated to Acronis True Image Home 2011, but don't be confused by it, it can also be related to the Acronis True Image Home 2012, especially if you installed ATIH2012 over the previous version.

This issue is also fixed in the upcoming Acronis True Image Home 2012 Update 1 (it should be released shortly).

The article lists Acronis True Image Home 2011 as a target version, but don't let it confuse you, it's applicable for Acronis True Image Home 2012 as well.
