getting to tech siupport

after logging in, I attempt to contact Tech Support and when I get to thr "What product are you using?" I select "the full version(log in required) ". Note I am already logged in and after making the selection for the full version, my entire screen goes gray and nothing happens. When I click mouse I am back to where I started.
