GPT and MBR for 2TB Raid 0

I have a backup from a RAID 0 2x750GB drive (MBR)
I am trying to restore to a RAID 0 2x1.0TB drive

* I create the RAID volume in the BIOS.
* I boot to ATI 2014
* I Add new disk (have tried GPT and MBR)
* Whenever I choose the location as the new drive, it resets and asks for location again.
* Once, I did get past the location and had it set as GPT it said it would install MBR on another drive(?)

I have just purchased DD 11 and am hoping that will help, but I haven't looked at the product yet.

Alienware Aurora 980x, 18GB Ram, Intel on board RAID controller.
