Read what Grover just posted.
Also, check out the many user guides and tutorials in the left margin of this forum, particularly Getting Started and Grover's True Image Guides which are illustrated with step-by-step screenshots.
And, here's a novel thought: read the manual?

thanks for the advice, but I have a doubt: in 2011 acronis true image when I plan a daily backup, you must create a backup location on another hard disk and the name of the backup is created automatically. in Acronis True Image 2013, this is not needed for the daily pianficiazione??

You want to design 2013 to act the same as 2011. You should assign the backup name and you should assign the folder name and you should select the backup scheme. Link #2 below shows how but in English.

The storage folder shows that two full backups were created on the 29th at about 4pm and another approximately 4 hrs later.
The same for the 30th or a total of 4 full backups crteated.

Look again inside your backup storage folder. Do you have backups for the March1 and March 2?
If yes, then your schedule is working.
If you do not have backups for those days, check to see if your schedule is set to daily.

hello are you talking about the 01 and 02 April. right??
in those days the PC was turned off. then that's okay???

Oops. Yes, I was referrring to April 1 -2 not March.
If you get a new backup on the next scheduled day, then it would seem the schedule is working correctly.

When adding a new disk, , after connecting, it must be
partitioned by the user
formatted and drive letter assigned by the user
name assigned by the user
After the above is completed, the disk weill appear in Windows Explorer

giancarlo ,
You need to get a friend to help you by showing you. I can't train you on basic skills and I am having difficulty understanding you questions. I would be glad to help but communications is an issue for me.
Good luck.
Grover

Giancarlo,
If you have installed a disk and True Image recovery CD can see it, all you need to do is to recover the image, True Image will do everything else.
If it can't see it, you need to use the ADD Disk as recommeneded by Grover.
If you are installing a second disk to your PC and you just want to use it, if Windows Explorer doesn't show it you can either open up Windows Disk Management (right click on My Computer, and select disk managment) and right click on the new disk shown there and select format or run True Image then Add Disk, afterwards you can format the drive by right clicking the drive in Windows Explorer and select format.
Windows will automatically offer a drive letter that can be used. You can optionally (recommended) add a name to the drive. Windows will call this a 'label'.
When Grover mentioned User, he meant you, but he was covering himself in case you were to do this to someone elses computer, in which case they need to be logged on to their computer..

ok mister, thanks for the info, but with acronis true image 2011, when I added a disk asked me File System (NTFS or FAT32) format it automatically. acronis 2013 shall not be possible??

A disk doesn't need to be formatted in order for True Image to recover an image to it, it just needs partition layouts added into the MBR.
When you recover an image the disk will take on whatever file system is within the image.
However, the 'add new disk' gives you the option to specifiy what file system you want the partition formatted as. Have you tried looking at page 201 section 8.6.3 of the User Manual (pages refer to the English language edition)? Here Acronis have provided some pictures and instructions as to how to use the Add Disk function for 2013, if you still have any questions please post them here.

Giancarlo,
I am attaching some screen shots.
Add new disk under utilities menu.

Select disk to add.

If drive has data on it, the following warning will show.

Right click on the disk you are adding.

Drop down box where the type of drive format is selected.
