Hangs on boot.....
.... was originally running Acronis 2014 but having problems recovering so instead of investigating further I made the mistake of purchasing 2015, and the problem persists, namely my system has failed on various counts (Cant get updates, cant send email etc) just happened in the last couple of weeks so I thought I would recover using a backup on another drive on my system but every time I try it hangs on the Acronis reboot screen and I get a black screen of death.
Ive looked around and this seems to be a common problem using usb boot discs etc. bu mine is just a straight recover (as in windows rollback).
anyone got any ideas and don't say create a boot cd,usb or any other as I don't want to backup the faults I have.

Looking through the comments, I see nothing but complaints about the software not working correctly, an engineer appears to answer questions at random, (presumably the easy ones), as I see it do not buy this software, or buy at your own risk and remember these words.
