Have DD 11, did I waste money on the TIH 2011 Plus Pack?

I quickly bought the TIH 2011 Plus Pack so I could continue building my custom WinPE boot discs. The Plus Pack adds (among other things) the Acronis WinPE ISO Builder.

But it seems that DD 11's Media Builder seems to have the same capability.
