Have problem with True Image 2015 backup does not work on windows 8.1

Thread needs solution

I'm having some huge issue with true image 2015 backup, I used my external hard drive 3.0 usb to backup my pc and it suppose to go up to around 201.2 gb but instead it was stop at 133.9 gb and waited for several hours and it still doesn't move at all. That's not all, I have to shut it down manually because I tried to stop the backup and it was so slow that it doesn't move at all and I have to shut it down mannually. Even worse when I rebooted and when I go on the internet the browser is so slow that I have to uninstalled that true image 2015 and its been a huge issue. I'm wondering if anyone has a solution to my problem.

My primary hard drive is ssd drive follow by other hard drive

I evidently have the same problem __ at least the same result. I have a normal desktop running windows 8.1 Pro, 64 bit. TI 2014 makes images easily. Upgraded to TI 2015 for Windows 10 compatibility. Before installing windows 10, I wanted a new image. Tried to image only my C: drive (219 GB on a 1 TB hard drive) to an external drive on USB 3 with 469 GB free space on one test and another drive with 500 GB on the second test. Both tests failed with the error message saying storage space was running low.... Try another drive. or click on Retry or Cancel. Tried cancelling but just sat there. Had to shut computer down and reboot to get going again. What is going on? Is it time to ditch True Image after 10 years of using it through 5 versions?

I've mybe the same problem with ATI-2015 Build 6613. I get every time i start a full backup, after the systempartition was backuped with success and the partition "C" will start, the win8,1pro will crash with a blue screen and the notice "Clock_Wathdog_Timeout" or "System_Service_Timeout"!
I read in some sites that this is a driver problem. I've update my ide-sata (ahci) driver, but the crashes wasn't solved.
What can or should I do at next?
