Have Serial Number But Cannot Register

I purchased Acronis True Image 2010 and registered, but when I login my product does not show as registered. If I enter the serial number it says the product is registered and offers to send the login info, but I no longer use the e-mail service I had when the product was registered. Bottom line is I can't download the update file for this product, even though the website says the serial number is registered. What to do? Thank you.

It sounds like Acrons believes there are two identical persons with different email addresses.

You should contact customer service via support and explain your problem and they can correct.

In the meantime, you can probably login uisng your outdated email address and get temporary access to your downloads.
