Having issues cloning Windows 7 drive to raid 0 array

Okay here is the deal. I have an AMD based system which has a south bridge raid controller. I currently have a raid 5 array that is partitioned into two drives- c (OS) and d (media). I have installed two new drives on the same controller in a raid 0 array. I want to clone my current c drive on the raid 5 array to the raid 0 array, so I will put my OS on the faster raid 0 array. When this is successful I will delete the c drive on raid 5 and reallocate it to the d drive.
Problem I cannot get the raid 0 array to show up in any imaging software. Th raid 5 array shows up, but not the raid 0 array even though it is on the same controller. Does anyone know how I can accomplish this?
