HDD moved into a new PC

Thread needs solution

Hi All,

My problem is the next:

I have built a new PC and moved the HDD from the old PC to the new one. (for C: I installed a new drive and the other drive is from the old PC (D:,E:,F:,G: partitions))
On the new computer I installed the Acronis True Image Online software and I wanted to back up my data and the problems started here.
After installing the software asked me for adding a new computer.
I didn't want to duplicate the stored data so I choosed I don't want add a new PC.
I have set the folders to back up and I started the back up progress.
ATIO said calculating... but nothing happened for hours and finally I stopped.

I'm thinking on to remove old PC backup from the server and adding the new PC with the same folders and upload again all of my data but now ATIO doesn't offer possibility to adding a new computer. It offered that only first time. I tried to uninstall and reinstall ATIO but nothing happened. Didn't asked me again for adding a new PC...

I don't know how can I use ATIO again.
Any idea?

Many thanks in advance!

I found that if I uninstall the ATIO and delete the C:\ProgramData\Acronis folder then install the ATIO again program ask for adding a new PC.
I have added a new one and marked a random folder for backing up to try it is working or not.
The green progress bar started and wrote Preparing for online backup... and calculating...
Some seconds later appeared the message Online backup successfully completed but nothing was backed up. In an orange line there is a message: Last backup failed.
In the Event log there is only one message: Operation online backup started.
Still can't use the backing up.

(yesterday I supposed that there is a security access rights problem with the drive from the old PC when ATIO wants to backup my files and I set the access rights for all files and folders to Everyone Full control but not solved the problem...)

I attached the Acronis system report.

Any idea???

Looks like sphinx-soft "Windows 7 firewall control" software free edition is not compatible with ATIO.
I reinstalled the Windows and installed the ATIO and every operation worked fine until I installed "Windows 7 firewall control". I added ATIO's 3 processes to EnableAll (which enables the application or process to go out to the internet every zone) but ATIO couldn't run correctly.
Unfortunately after uninstalling of "Windows 7 firewall control" software problem is still consist.

So 2 version possible in my opinion:
- I couldn't fully uninstall "Windows 7 firewall control" software
- when ATIO first time stopped by firewall then something went wrong in ATIO

Looks like I have to reinstall windows tomorrow again because I still can't use ATIO. (I tried to clean the registry but not helped)

:-(

Problem appeared again.
Now with ESET smart security. (firewall and virus protection)
After some seconds started manual backup report successfully completed but don't save any new data.
I tried with disabled firewall and virus protection also and same happened.
Interesting that some cases not showing all of saved drives in the list. (for example some folders are saved from C:, D:, E:, F:, G: drives but in the ATIO application sometimes F: is missing)
ATIO reports successfully completed the backup but if I close ATIO and start again there is an orange line in the application which states : Last backup failed.
I attach again the AcronisSystemReport.
How can I get official help?
