Unitil recently my Acronis® True Image Home® version 11.0 (build 8,022) has functioned well and carried out the tasks I had set it to do automatically at certain times/dates.
Recently, however, it has let me down and failed to do the preset backup tasks. When I tried to create new tasks it would not accept the passwords I had used previously. Not would it accept new ones! Instead I got the following Error Notice: E00640067: Failed to run the task
Failed to execute the task script. Error #1326 - "Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password (0xFFF0)".
Until I resolve this problem I am creating my backups manually.
Can anyone advise me what my problem is and how to resolve it please?
