how to automate image recovery?

I know this is not the forum for discwizard but I think discwizard is based on acronis true image and uses its libararies so i think the question may apply.

I'm trying to find a way to trigger the disc wizard restore process from my own application and not have to go through many different wizard windows, either through code or through batch file but after almost a week of searching I'm at a dead end.

It doesn't look like discwizard accepts any sort of command line parameters, so I tried to mimic the restore process by saving the MBR modified by Discwizard (right before the system reboots) and also placing the generated x1.bin file to c:\program files\common files\seagate\formatik\.

This doesn't work, sometimes it complains about missing configuration file, other times it throws MBR error 3.

Can you point me in the right direction on how to automate the restore process so that user doesn't have to click through 20 windows before starting the restore?
