How to backup all Profiles

I'm a new user to True Image 2011. I ran the setup and initially selected to install the program only on My Profile. After doing my initial backup, I realized that I was only backing up the information on my Profile. I want to backup my wifes Profile also, so I uninstalled TI2011 and reinstalled it a second time. This time I selected to install on All Users of this computer on the setup. It appears that I am still backing up only my Profile data .

Can I backup all users data from my Profile? If so, how?

I've got exactly the same problem. I assume you've had a reply. I wish the moderators would post their replies in here rather than send an Email.
