How Can I remove Acronis Bootloader from SSD?

I was trying to move from a 256 GB SSD to a 512 GB SSD using Acronis 2014. I first attempted to do this from within Windows 7 Pro (64 bit), and on reboot the boot process froze as the Acronis program loaded. This resulted in a line of ACII characters on the screen and a halt in the process. Hitting enter allowed Windows 7 to load normally.

I succeeded in getting the contents of the smaller drive moved over to the larger one using a boot disk, but have not been able to remove the Acronis loader from the new SSD! So now after the Acronis loader causes the boot process to halt I must hit enter every time to have Win7 continue to load. Is there a fix for this?
