How to clone a dual boot from 2 different HDD to a SSD?

I can not find a satisfactory solution with google (I do not exclude myself that I am taken as a foot on it)
Here's the problem:
  
I have a PC in trial boot XP, win7 and win8.
On this PC 3 HDD
The first 5 partitions: XP, Win7, software, games, data1
On the second: Data2
On the 3rd: Data3 and win8
  
I just take a 240GB SSD, and I just want to clone Win 7 and Win 8 (I then want to erase XP)
  
So how 2 clone OS from two different HDD to SDD, while maintaining the dual boot?
  
I started the first steps with Acronis, but it allows me to exclude partitions that I want to exclude a disk, but does not allow me to choose two different discs sources.
Also, selecting only the Win 7 partition, he wants to keep me the same partitioning source disk to the SSD (XP, win7, soft, .........)
 
I already have created two partitions on the SSD with MiniTool Partition Wizard: These are 2 primary partitions to NTFS, and unnamed (no pb if I need to change ...)

Voilà le pb :

Donc comment cloner 2 OS venant de deux HDD différents vers un SDD, tout en conservant le dual boot ?

A priori, Acronis me permet d'exclure les partitions que je veux exclure sur un disque, mais ne me permet pas de choisir 2 disques sources différents. Deplus, même en ne choisissant que la partition Win 7, il veut qd même me conserver le partitionnement du disque source pour le SSD (XP, win7, soft, .........)

Accessoirement, j'ai déjà créé les 2 partitions sur le SSD avec Minitool Partition Wizard : Ce sont 2 partitions primaires en NTFS, et non nommées (pas de pb si je dois changer...)
