How to delete a cloud sync backup job

Thread needs solution

I set up a single sync job to see how it works -- went fine.
Now the job tries to run itself every day--I change the schedule to "not scheduled" bu t that wont save with the job. No way to delete the job definition--it tries to run every day--dont need it, dont like to keep stuff in the cloud.

I get "certification server is unavailable. Try again later" and it wants me to connect a hard-cable to the internet (what?) this thing is online wireless.

anyway, I want to delete this job definition--but the option to delete is "grayed out" and so I cant delete it.

HOW do I delete this job definition?

thanks in advance
eric

Are you talking sync job under the Synchronization tab or a backup job under the Backup and Recovery tab?

Under the Synchronization tab, I don't think you can delete the default "Sync" job (someone may correct me there). This is the special folder that Acronis creates on your desktop. You can pause it by clicking on the pause symbol. Other sync jobs that you've created manually will have to be paused first. After pausing, click on the gear and the "Remove" option should appear.
