I'm using Sysmantec Ghost and wanted to switch to Acronis True Image Home. And: How do convert acronis true image files to sysmantec ghost file?

I don't think there is any direct conversion program available. You would need to restore the image to a drive using one imaging program and then create a new image with the other program.
