Only Acronis can add drivers to the TI CD (it's based on Linux). If you want control over adding drivers, you'll need to create a BartPE or WinPE-based TI CD. Otherwise, you'll have to contact Acronis Support and request a custom build that includes the drivers you need.

If you're using an older version of TI and an ISO file is available to download from your Acronis account, try that and see if it works. The ISO may be more updated than what you can create (at least the TI 10 version is).

Hello David,

Thank you for using [[http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/ | Acronis Products]]

I would recommend you create BartPE bootable disc using Acronis BartPE plug-in, you can download plugin from your account.  If some drivers are not recognized by Acronis True Image you may use BartPE bootable disc. It is possible to add any storage drivers at startup in the same manner as when installing Windows on the hard drive (by pressing F6 and inserting diskette with drivers).

To create BartPE bootable disc with the Acronis True Image plug-in you should download PE builder from the following [[http://nu2.nu/pebuilder/download/ | link]]

I tried BartPE and WinPE but it doesn't work. :( Well BartPE does't work with my UEFI, WinPE does boot up, and True Image loads, but I can't see my NAS when I search in the recovery menue for it. :( Any suggestions?
