How do I delete all previous versions of Acronis back ups

Thread needs solution

I have had Acronis 2011, 12 and now 13. The program is so slow and I cannot create any tasks. The software just not respond. This started happening in Acronis 2012, but I thought by purchasing and installing 2013 I could have a fresh start. I am running Windows 7 Home Premium . The program resides on a SSD drive with other hard drives for the storage of the back ups. I tried to delete all provious backup lists, but nothing happens. I deleted the program and reinstalled it, but the backups are still listed. How do I do a completely fresh install?
Any help will be appreciated.

Uninstall any Plus Pack (listed under "P") that you might have installed. Uninstall ATI with Windows control panel. Then use the 2011 clean up utility, then the 2012 and finally the 2013. I believe using the 2013 should be enough, but I am not quite sure of the differences.
At any rate, make sure you follow each instructions carefully. Do not let the utility reboot your computer. Complete the last 2 steps/checks before rebooting.

Once this is done, launch msconfig. Disable all non-microsoft services and all start up items. Reboot. Install 2013.

Verify it is working fine. If yes, launch msconfig, and on the first tab, choose normal startup. Reboot.

Charles,

Which option are you choosing to delete the images, the first one on the settings icon or the one on the 'more' option? The first one will delete tasks and images, well it is supposed to anyway.
