How do I recover software on a new SSD

Thread needs solution

Hello
After days of work I finaly have my system working.
Windows 7 was installed on a HDD and I want to replace de HDD with a SSD.
Now, my system is running, win 7 64 is installed on the SSD and up to date. Also some programs like bitdefender and firefox are installed.
Because I have lots of programs installed on other drives (flight sims on drive G and games on drive H and office on drive D) I want to restore to the situation on my windows 7 HDD.
Before I replace the HDD by a SSD, I made some backups with Acronis 2011 and an Image of the complete HDD.
Now I want to restore only the software part of the HDD installation to the SSD. Not windows and hardware drivers because those are ok. Further I hope, that the registry is also updated with installed software.
Is this posible?. I have read al kinds of kb articles but did not find answers so far.
Trying to restore within widows does not work, I get lots of erros like can not replace about.exe.
Thanks in advance

You can restore file but not programs and not just the registry. You will need to install the programs again to the SSD.

Thanks for your answer.
Ah well, all unnecessary programs are cleaned that way :-)
