I am in My Computer.  I want create a sector-by-sector image of the internal hard drive. I expect to perform this operation repetitively. How can I set default settings for encryption, compression, and file splitting?

I would just set up a non-scheduled task with the options you want.

To set your own default options go into tools>options from with TI and in there you will find all the settings.
