how to do simple file restore?

I am newbie with Acronis. My pc is on Windows 8.1 with TrueImage 2015 and all i want to do is simple file backup and simple file restore. Just a single mp3 file to start with until i have mastered it. i have successfully performed several backups following the steps "Backing up Files and Folders" in the documentation but i cannot for the life of me figure out how to restore a file! I've read the manual, and i just cannot get a restore to happen. In a nutshell the manual says to select the backup you want to restore and in the "right panel" click "Recover Files", but i do not see this "Recover Files" i only see "Backup Now". Getting so frustrated. I have attached a screenshot of Help screen, and a screenshot of my pc, I am definitely not getting a list of files to select for restore like it shows in the manual. Acronis gets all the great reviews so i must be doing something stupid or missing something really obvious.
