How do you get back Lic. no's after system crash and Activation Server says you've used up all Lic's.

My Win 10 hascrashed a number of times and I have had to reinstall Acronic 2013 a number of times. How do you get back Lic. no's after system crash and Activation Server says you've used up all Lic's.  How do you recover from this?
