How do you re-install ATIH with a ATIH 2010 upgrade?

I have ATIH 2009 which I purchased an upgrade to ATIH 2010 (I switched to Windows 7). The install of the upgrade went smooth but what I am wandering is, if I have to re-install ATIH do I just use the ATIH 2010 install file or do I have to install ATIH 2009 first then upgrade it to ATIH 2010?

You would just install TI 2010. It will ask for the TI 2010 serial number and then for the serial number of a previous version (TI 2009, in your case).
