How to get technical support

How do you actually submit a case to technical support? I have tried a couple of times now and just get directed to FEEDBACK, which doesn't have relevant categories, and in any event when I submit the query it just vanishes without trace.

The serial number of your software must be registered.

The purchased product or the trial product must be gotten within 30 days of currect date.

Anything beyond 30 days is user paid support or assistance from volunteers on this forum.

Additional "how to get support" along left margin.

I have to say that I am very annoyed that Chat and e-mail support are unavailable to purchasers after 30 days!! I can understand why phone support requires payment, but many companiess provide chat or e-mail support for paid customers.
