How to integrate Online-backup with Acronis Home?

Thread needs solution

Hi all,

I am using Acronis Home 2010 (and 2009) for over a year now.
What's my situation? I have 3 PC's and an Intel SS4000-E network storage (1,5 TByte) in a network.
I back up data and images from the NAS to an external HD (300GByte) attached to one of the PC's.
Data bu take about 40 minutes, images bu about 2½ hours.
Every week 1 full bu, followed by 6 differentials and then repeat the same set.
When de external HD reaches its limits, I manually delete the oldest backup-sets.
Now, for extra safety I also want to backup my data and images on-line, not having to move the external HD to a safe location any longer.
Since On-line backup doet not support network drives, I am not sure what is the best strategy to create my on-line backup.
1. Continue creating backup sets form NAS to external HD with Acronis home and backup those backup sets on-line? BAckup the backup? Is that even possible?
2. Synchronize NAS and external HD (total amount of bytes is now about 140 GByte), delete all Acronis Home backup scripts and switch to on-line backup only?
I can not find any strategies to choose between.
Has anyone any suggestions?
Just for the records, my upload speed is about 6 Mbps.
Thanks
Ludo.
