How long do I wait for support to respond to a query?

Hi. I raised a simple support question about the Try & Decide facility of Acronis True Image Home 2010 Standard on 7 Feb 2010. They haven't responded yet. Does anyone know how long they usually take to reply?

Or am I meant to look the case number up somewhere myself?

If anyone can help please, is the problem I raised is :

If I enable Try and Decide, reboot my PC and select the option to keep Try and Decide activated, I find that it is disabled when I log in. Why is this please and what is the resolution?

I don't use T & D ... there are simpler and safer way to achieve the same thing.
Support can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months to respond.

Thanks for your reply. I found some other fundamental anomalies with Try & Decide, so agree, at least until Acronis make it work properly.

What do you recommend instead please?
