How long to wait for serial ?

Thread needs solution

I downloaded ATI 2012 trial an hour ago. An Acronis mail with Serial for the trial has not arrived yet. Is it worth waiting ? It should have arrived almost instantly.

edit: Ten hours later...still no email. Tried 3 times already.

Wenn nach 2 Std nichts gekommen ist stimmt da was nicht, Acronisserver down, Email im Spamordner oder mal Tempomäre Dateien löschen und einen anderen Internetbrowser probieren. Ich warte auch noch auf einen Trialkey, meiner Meinung nach mitte August 2011 angefordert.

If you do get your trial key, I would make 100% sure that your system is backed up and can be restored beore installing the trial. I would recommend waiting till some of the issues are resolved that you see in this forum beforing intsalling it though.

G. Uphoff is right, first of all please check your spam folder, as it might've gotten there. In case you still haven't received a trial key, please contact support directly with the notification or reach me via PM, I will send you the trial key.

It's important to notify the support, as they will be able to check the problem on our side as well in addition to providing you with the license for testing.

Of course I checked every possible error source on my side before posting here.
Altogether I tried 4 times now, including providing different email addresses.

I also tried different regions - US and Germany. Download was offered every time, but a serial key was never sent.

Now I won't try again, but gladly accept your PN offer.

i wait since last weekend. in spam no email.. i tried it 3 times on german server, 1 times on english server

now´s gone.. :)

I've just received news from the web developers: they've managed to localize the cause of the problem (keys really aren't sent), but it will take time to fix it. We're sincerely sorry for any inconvenience caused, and we'll be glad to provide you with the trial key for the product. Please contact me or Anton via PM, or support directly, we will provide you with the necessary license (please don't forget to mention the version you're testing and its language localization).
