How to rename Disk Archive name in secure zone?

Thread needs solution

I have backed up 8 OS images into secure zone. while restoring the image it very difficult to identify correct OS image. In secure zone all images are displaying like this

Disk Archive
Disk Archive(1)
Disk Archive(2)
........
Disk Archive(7)

To identify the OS image i need to select all the images one by one and to view the comments. It taking more time to identify the specific OS image. It possible display the image name like this in secure zone instead of Disk Archive.

Windows XP 2bit
Windows XP 64 bit
Windows Vista 32bit
Windows vista 64bit
Windows 7 32bit
Windows 7 64bit.

Hello raja,

Thank you for your post. I will definitely assist you with this.

You can certainly rename backups in the Acronis Secure Zone. To do this, please launch the program and click on the Recovery tab. Then, select either the archive or the backup you would like to rename and right click on it. Select rename, type the proper name for it and press enter. You can then view your newly renamed backups in the Acronis Secure Zone.

Please note, that an archive can also contain several backups. If you rename an archive, it does not automatically rename the backup files in them. Please also note, that renaming backup archives or individual backups (a backup is renamed only in the program's metadata database, however, the backup filename remains unchanged). This means that you will be able to view name changes in the program GUI or in the Acronis Secure Zone through Windows explorer. The actual .tib file name remains unchanged.

The program metadata database stores all the information relating to backup names and locations.

If you have additional questions, please let me know.

Thank you.
