I am attempting to use ATI Home 2010 using instructions on the web site for Home 2009. The terms and screen references do not match between 2009 and 2010 versions. When might the new edition be available (web site says in October, but today is October 21st)?

Secondly what is the difference between an "initial full disk backup image" and a "backup of each partition" when there is only one partition, namely c:? The two backups appear to be identical.

You might find the instructions in the Sticky by GroverH easier to understand.

The Full Disk Backup is what most users will want. Partition backup is for those who have divided their hard drive into two or more parts. But even with this setup, in the majority of cases, the Full Disk Backup should be done at least once.
