I have cloned my hard drive - now what?

Please forgive me if this is a dumb question, but I have stumbled in the past when I go to this point.

Using Acronis True Image 10.0 I just finished cloning my hard drive (Windows Vista Ultimate).

Now I am ready to swap out the old hard drive and the new one. This is where I ran into trouble in the past. I couldnot get the PC to boot with the new drive. I now understand that I need to create a boot disk. Is the utility on True Image that says "Create Bootable Rescue Media" what I need to do? I already created a backup disc, but I just want to make sure this is all I need to do before I perform surgery on my PC.
