I Want my 2010 Back!

Thread needs solution

I was a happy user of ATI 2010.

When I was offered the upgrade to ATI Home 2011, I purchased 2 copies, as I was getting a new computer.

I hated the 2011 version, couldn't get it to work properly on my XP system, and uninstalled it. I haven't dared to try it on my new Windows 7 system.

I wish to go back to the 2010 version on both systems, using the serial numbers provided. Is this possible?

Hello Gaslad and Renee,

Thank you for finding time to open the thread regarding this question, and your comments.

Gaslad, unfortunately Acronis True Image Home 2010 installation file won't accept the license of 2011 version. Thus in your case you can use the old license of Acronis True Image Home 2010 on the first machine, and will need the new license of Acronis True Image Home 2010 on the second machine.

In order to obtain the new license you will need to contact support directly with the Service Handling Fee purchase confirmation (see #4 in the provided KB article). Service Handling Fee is required for the generating the new license. Our support will also be glad to resolve the current inconvenience with the Acronis True Image Home 2011.

Should you need anything else or have any further questions - feel free to contact us at your earliest convenience, we will be happy to help you!

Thank you.
