I'm Confused About Multiple Backups

I've been using Acronis Backups since 2009. My current version is 2014, Build 6673. After an initial full backup I have always done incremental backups. A previous version had a setting in which I specified that only the 2 most recent backups were to be saved. I now see 13 backups listed when I start the program:

-- 10 of them show the Backup Now button and no Recover button,
and do not have a date associated with them.
-- 1 of them shows a .tib suffix
-- 2 of them have visible both the Backup Now and Recover buttons.
These appear to be the two most recent backups, one of which I
did yesterday.

Question: What's up with the 10 with Backup Now and no Recover? Can they be deleted?
