Image (by TI 14) of Win 8 laptop placed on new Seagate external HD. Seagate HD is not recognized by Win 7 computer

Win 8.1 64 laptop imaged with True Image 14 (before sending away for repair) to new out of the box Seagate external HD but this external HD is not recognized by another Win 7 laptop computer.

When Win 8 returns will it be be able to see the Seagate?

Something about cluster size different Win 7 and Win 8??

An older Seagate external HD is seen by both computers.
