Impossible to make backup

Thread needs solution

Hi,

I can see in yellow at the bottom of the window: "planificateur arrête". Impossible to have help and impossible to backup-up.

What should I do?

Have you tried booting for the bootCD and see if you can do it that way. If you don't have bootCD, then got to acronis web site, log in, go to your registered serial numbers and download the iso for bootCd and burn to a disk.

I had do desinstall and reinstall the soft. And It's ok now.
