Incremental File lost

Thread needs solution

Hi,

I have "lost" a part of an incremental backup for the second time now! When it happened the last time I thought it was maybe my fault. But now it happened for the second time and for the same part of the "chain".
It's the fourth part of the incremental backup. This is just the file up to which I had to delete and restart the "chain" of incremental backups last time. Now it happened again.
I made two screenshots on which you can see the directory from Acronis and a screenshot from the directory itself (where the file is missing...).
How can I get back number 4? And how could this happen?
