Info on refund. This product does not work.

Hi would just like to find out how to get a refund for my online backup suscription.
Cannot get this to work. Can`t even get it to backup three mp3s!!!.
Support? Where? How? It just flat out does not work. Feel like I`ve been taken advantage of.
All I want to do is backup this computer, thought this would be the answer, I guess I was mislead.Please help

Tried to backup my computer. It ran for about 24 hours then got the"backup failed" message. Then I tried to just backup my pictures folder, ran all night then "backup failed" allways hangs near the end then quits. Could really use some help with this. Anyone? Please

Seriously am I the only one having a problem with this online backup service? Why is there no support? I have read every article in the knowledge base. There are no answers? If I want phone support I have to pay? This is unbelievable. I run a small business. I would never, never take a persons money without the promise of helping them. God this makes me angry.

You're not the only one with problems. I'm 6 months into my subscription and I've abandoned the product ever since all my data was lost on their end.

Ok thanks for that dev-anon very helpful. Not sure if it`s fixed yet. Could be my internet connection. At least I can communicate with tech support now.
Thats all I hoped for. Problem was I am using online backup thats integrated into ATIH2012 thought it it might be different than standalone. My bad.

This is really a scam....no customer support...I am returning this product ASAP! They should be reported to the attorney general...

So you get support for the duration before you find out the product simply does not work at all. What are the chances of needing to do a backup in the first month to find out you need support? ZERO Acronis as simply a bunch of swindlers riding on the reputation gained from earlier products.
Not even a bug reporting facility provided. This really sets a new standard for the lowest of the low. Clearly the company does not care as we have no way of warning off others to steer clear of this product.

This iCloud thing is terrible. It only works some of the time. I can never login to it.
When I can get in it says wrong password.
Then finally if I ever do get in when doing a restore it crashes or is corrupt.
I will never pay for this again.
So disappointed.
