Have Windows 7 Enterprise, when installing the trial version I will get the following error:

Installation has failed.
Fatal error during installation"

Click on the Knowledge base article and it comes back with "We are sorry"

Getting very frustrating and you can't seem to get any support at all.

Any ideas????

Sorry to hear you've faced this issue.

As in any case with installation failure, we need the MSI log to identify the problem. I would appreciate if you could send it to me via PM, or post in the thread dedicated to the installation issues.

It's important for us to have all such information stored in one place, so we would highly appreciate if you could refer to the above mentioned thread for future references (in case of installation issues).
