Installation of Update 6055

Having installed Update 6055, I received error message "Snapman Driver failed to reinstall", togetyer with instructions to uninstall and reinstall the program. I know how to uninstall, using the Control Panel (Windows 8.1), but I am not sure about how to reinstall once I have removed the program. I would be grateful for advice.

uninstall as you mentioned
reboot
get cleanup tool and run it:
http://dl2.acronis.com/u/support/atih_cleanup_tool_s_e.exe
get setup.exe of latest build 6055 and install:
http://dl2.acronis.com/s/AcronisTrueImage2015_en-US.exe
(above way should cover all error possibilities...)

Very many thanks, Ken. Your advice was perfect - I have re-installed True Image 2015 and successfully carried out an íncremental backup.
