Installing ATI Plus pack build 6131 and it crashes on install with Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime library

Attempting to install ATI 2012 Plus Pack build 6131 onto Windows 7 32 bit.
It immediately crashes with the attached screen shot complaining about Microsoft Visual C++ runtime library but gives no further details.

Sorry for hear you've faced this problem.

I've checked our internal resources, but we don't have any universal solution. Such crashes should be investigated. Please provide us with: 

  1. Acronis Info
  2. Dr. Watson Crash dump
