Keeps prompting up upgrade

Running on Windows 8.1 and has been stable for months. Working so well, I tended to forget it was running every day.
Updated to latest version on 26th July. Fine for a few days but today it's prompting to update even though I have the latest build (6613). Just in case, I manually download build 6613 and re-ran the install - I was only given the option to repair which I did. This shows I do have 6613 installed.
When I try and accept the "Update" prompt, an error is reported.
