Licebse activation

Upgraded mobo, CPU and memory and had to perform fresh install of WIN7. I have a license for Acronis B&R 2014 but when re-installing Acronis and input previous activation key, I receive a message that my license is for one computer and I am then requested to supply my key to a previous version. I don't have a previous key. I looked at FAQs relating to deactivating the license on my previous computer but no articles address the screen I see.
