Login information not valid

Thread needs solution

While editing a scheduled backup in True Image Home 2009, the message that "the login information is not valid" comes up two or three times.  What login information is that about?  I did just set up a password for my XP user account, but I'm not sure how that would come into play.

I don't do scheduled backups but I believe what TI is looking for is your Windows password. If you set up a new password, TI may need this to run a scheduled task. Manual backups do not need a password. Try it and see if it works. Others may be able to provide more information - just a guess on my part.

As DH27564 as indicated. Here is an example.

I've been sweating bullets for the last week trying to get over the "login not valid" hurdle. Nothing I had tried worked. Tried entering my computer startup login password last night and *finally* had a successful backup. Now I'm anxiously awaiting to see if the incremental backups will piggyback onto this full backup tonight. Pretty exciting stuph!!
