Making bootable media within or from Disk Backup

Hi!
When I try to make backup in ATI 2014 Premium in Disk Backup and select option -Make this media boootable, in USB 64 GB flash stick , it do not create bootable media as provided by the software.
But only creates backup without bootable files. It directly starts creating Backup image without bootable files. I tried many times but don't know the problem.
Please see attached image, the image shows option is selected but after starting the backup and checking after completion , there is no bootable files in USB flash stick ???
I also point out that when before starting for backup when I plug USB flash stick , True image do not show - option Make this media bootable and it shows it shadowed. Why ??? Please see 2nd image for this. But after selecting particular folder in USB flash stick it becomes available, but again even after selecting it , True Image 2014 did not create bootable files. When after closing True Image 2014 , and again checking settings for this backup, it showed unselected position.

Also my system is windows 8.1 pro x 64 bit with all updates.
