Manage Backup Locations and Archives freezes
Whenever I try to go to the Manage Backup Locations and Archives, Acronis freezes up. This is highly annoying and I will receive NO help from Acronis because they are too busy to talk to a paid customer. I've rebooted my computer, reinstalled the program, and I still can't get my backup locations to pull up. I'd happily delete them all except when you click on the Manage Backup Locations and Archives it automatically starts scanning for them and that's where the freeze happens. I've left the program running for hours hoping that it would cough one up and work. I really hate paying for a product (much less several for I'm the IT guy at work) and having the company that I spent money on just sweep me off the porch like I was garbage. Thanks cornholes. There's no customer support like no customer support.

How do I get the Userdump data? Here are the screen shots. My Acronis is True Image Home 11.0.

You can find the instructions regarding obtaining Userdump here, and Acronis Info here.
I would also advise you to clean the Temp folder (Start -> Run -> %temp%).
