Message asking to start True Image Service Scheduler (Windows 8)

Thread needs solution

Hello,

I upgraded my XP SP3 to Windows 8 and reinstalled True Image 2013.

Since that time, each time I start my computer from "sleep mode", I have the following messages :
(translations from french)
1) True Image : Service Scheduler is stopped (click to solve the problem)
2) Do You authorize the program (True Image) to modify something to this computer ?
3) Activate the Service Scheduler
4) Service Scheduler is activated.

Is there a solution to avoid all these messages ?

Thanks,

POULAIN

Michel,

Someone else has mentioned a similar problem. Are you using build 6514?

Yesterday there was an update from Acronis True Image 2013 and since that update I have the same problem. Nothing else has changes in my system (Windows 8) and before I didn't have that problem, so it has to be caused by the update.
In windows services the service is set to automaic start, but nevertheless it stops after sleep mode.
Please some help.

Start with trying the Scheduler Update here: http://kb.acronis.com/content/1518
