Need help with One-Click Backup and initial problems
I purchased and installed ATIH 2/28. I had no initial problems installing. However, I tried the One-Click Backup and got the Tag = 0x0 error which after checking the forums seems to be an issue. One suggestion seemed to be to run One-Click out of Tools & Utilities. But when I try, I get a prompt for user credentials with a password and I don't seem to be entering the password it is looking for. Here are my questions:
Q1: Considering the problems I'm having, I am tempted to uninstall and just try reinstalling ATIH. Would that be the best idea?
Q2: The product will probably ask me to register it. Shall I register it again or ignore it since it's already been registered?
Q3: When I installed ATIH it gave me the option to register by entering the 64 character product code or to do it online. At the time, I chose to just enter the code and continue. But then I still had to register on line since the website did not show any products registered. Shall I just go to on-line registration right off the bat?
Q4: If I reinstall, would it be best to delete the backup I did on my external HD and start fresh all over again or will ATIH find the previous backup?
I would greatly appreciate feedback.
