Network drives are deactivated

While performing an automated local drive-backup via THI2010 on my local PC all my network drives get deactivated.
This is especially annoying while working on the PC during backup.
With the former used version TIH2010 this didn't happen.

I'm using TIH2011 Update 2 build 6868.

Edit: Just made a test backup - the network drives get deactivated at the *end* of the task!

What do you mean by deactivated? Is the connection being lost or is it something else?

Are the shares still available using other computers on the network?

Deactivate means disconnected, "not connected network drive" in explorer. A mouseclick 'wakes' them up.
Applications with loaded data from the shares are getting trouble because of lost data.

The shares are still alive and available for other computers.
