new directory not backed up with non-stop backup

I am running True Image Home 2011. I have my documents folder set for non-stop backup. Under that directory I have a business directory. These are all successfully backed-up with non-stop backup. I then added a directory under the business directory and added files into that directory. When I go to the explore and recover page the new directory is not listed. so, why doesn't the non-stop backup recognize this directory?
