New Family Pack purchase, cannot register serial key on more than one computer, and no plus pack keys given, not impressed.

Thread needs solution

Hi, just purchased Acronis True Image Home 2012 Family Pack which also included plus packs for three computers (3 license keys). This means I should have been provided with either 6 License keys (3x True Image Family Packs and 3x plus Packs), or 4 License keys (3x Plus Packs, and 1x True Image key that enables activation on three computers).

Instead of this, you have given me one....just one True Image key, and nothing else. Uon attempting to register a second PC with the one and only provided True Image serial key, it will not allow it, as it says the key is already in use. Do i have to point out i have purchased the Family pack which should comprise licenses for three Computers.

Also, as stated, I have not been provided with the free Plus Pack which also says 3 license keys on my invoice.

Who can fix this as I am seriously not impressed having trouble like this after a new purchase. Infact if it's not resolved satisfactorily sharpish I'm requesting a refund under a breach of the Sale of Goods Act 1979, for starters. A new user and purchase should not have to experience problems like that after purchase; it's laughable, advertising a Family pack, then giving one key, and only allowing that key to be used on one computer. It's a misseling and in breach of a multitude of UK Laws.

Have you considered contacting Acronis Sales quoting your Cleverbridge invoice number via the Acronis support page.

Have you checked your email spam box, just in case the serial numbers were sent separately, though I would assume the numbers would come in one email.

Does your Cleverbridge invoice show 3 + 3 packs.

Craig, we are very sorry for the inconvenience. I checked your Acronis web-account and it appears that all the serial numbers have been successfully registered to your account.

I will send you a private message with the purchase confirmation link that you received after purchasing our software and the Acronis True Image 2012 Home Plus Pack serial numbers are listed below, about a page down.

In case you order confirmation page differs could you please create a screenshot of it and reply to my private message so that we can resolve this issue.
